Im trying to write a formula that basically says

if the figure in J5 is less than or equal to what is in cell D8
AND
less than or equal to what is in E8
then take the data from cell C8

ive tried to do an IF statement within another IF statement but i am
getting an error. this is the formula i have tried

=IF(J5=D8,(=IF(J5<=E8,C8,0)),0)

Im sure im missing something simple but cant see it, can anyone help
please?
