Hello, Please can anybody help me with this.

i want to put this formular on cell "E1" (=365/(M3/N3) and i want the
formular to apply to FROM "E3:E135". I want the formular to be on E1.

Note: There are Title on E2.
i want to be able to edit contents of E3:E135.
