Does anyone have any suggestions on how to load / import the external
worksheet into Excel?

I would like to load / import the following link "HSI" sheet into Excel,
http://www.hsi.com.hk/HSI-Net/static...a1_21Aug09.xls

I am not open it, but load / import data within "HSI" sheet into Excel
through macro,
does anyone have any suggestions on how to code the macro to do it?
