Default Macro - Import, Delete, Concatenate

I am not sure how to make the functions work by recording a macro. I have
all of the code, but I just can't figure out how to combine it together and
use it with the "if" and "Concatenate" statements. Any suggestions?

Have you tried recording a macro while doing it manually. Then clean it up
and then re-post

I need a macro that imports a text file, deletes entire rows if in column C
there is a blank, deletes entire rows that include text that I specify,
concatenates rows that meet criteria (e.g. C1 and C2 are combined if A2=""
if
not then C1), and Deletes rows where cells in Column A are blank. I need
it
to do this in the order given. Thanks so much for your help and time.
