The number of comments is limited by your system resources, but the amount
of data within the comment is liimited. I am not sure what that limit is.

There could be a max of 1000 comment boxes need on a single sheet and
there are 2 sheets.

So 2000 in the whole workbook would be the maximum, bt they are only added
if criteria is met.
