Default Insert Name reference to Active Cell in VBA
Excel 2000

For a VBA/Macro statement:

ActiveWorkbook.Names.Add Name:="A" & ActiveCell.Offset(0, 3).Value,
RefersToR1C1:="=Sheet1!R5C5"

What is the syntax to change to "RefersTo[ActiveCell]" ?

i.e., What is the code for the macro statement to make the active cell
the cell to which the new Name is assigned?
