Default Is there an mso.dll in Office 2003 that is for Office 20077
Thus far, I have only noticed a problem for mso* constants related to the
CommandBars object.

It may be that MSFT decided to separate those into an Office12/mso.dll to
facilitate moving back/forth with Office 2007.
