If you insert cells (rows or columns) <within the named range, they
automatically become part of the named range (it auto adjusts the
boundaries of the range).

Alternatively, you can go to Insert on the main menu and choose
NameDefine...

select the desired range from the list and adjust the defined range in
the "Refers to:" box to meet your needs.
