I need to write a simple macro in Excel.

I have a live DDE feed into Excel workbook 1.

In Excel Workbook 2 I have used DATA - IMPORT - (WORKBOOK 1) in order to
import the data in 5 minute intervals.

Now I need to create a macro to log the data in Workbook 2 as it comes in,
up to 300 rows of data needed.

Very Stuck, please help.
