Default Delete Rows and Sheets

You can avoid the Workbook and sheetname..

With ActiveWorkbook.Sheets("Sheet1")
..Rows(1).Delete
..Columns(1).Delete
..Columns("D:D").Cut
..Columns("A:A").Insert Shift:=xlToRight
End With
