hi nalanthi

Check out this page

Check out if Outlook or Outlook Express is your mail program for Office
StartSettingsControl Panel....Internet options (Program Tab)
Close Excel first before you make a change.

Then look at number 2

Hi

I am sorry to tell you that MS don't tell people that
upgrade only Outlook are losing this function.

More info you can find here (number 3)
http://www.rondebruin.nl/mail/problems.htm

You can use my Outlook Add-in if you use Outlook.
This will work for you only it will not send shapes.

I have a document in Excel 2002 that I want to use the send to email
recepient function but when I try to do this I get an error saying it can't
find my email program. I recently upgraded to Outlook 2003 I am wondering if
this is what is causing the problem and if there is any way around it or if
the 2 programs are not compatible with each other any more?
