I have Excel table like this

C1 C2 C3 C4 . . .
A 1 5 5 7
B 2 8 6 8
C 5 7 1 9
D 7 5 7 10
E 9 4 7 9
F 6 5 5 5
..
..
..

I have big size table like this. How i can write formula or program to find
value in this table on the intersection of row and column.

Let i know column name value "C3" and row name value "D". how i can find
value on the intersection of this row and column?
Does exists such formula?
