You can't. Best bed would be to either use a userform in which you can
control the font of text boxes, or maybe isolate the line like:
MsgBox "There is no data in sheet to transfer or else the " & chr(10) &
chr(10) & "Row No:7" & chr(10) & chr(10) & "is Blank", vbInformation,
Title:="MESSAGE"
