I have data in Column A that needs to be concatenated to values entered by
the user.

For example,

"input from user" & " cell A1 & "input from user"
"input from user" & " cell A2 & "input from user"
"input from user" & " cell A3 & "input from user"

this would continue until all the way to cell A1000

The results of the concatenation would then be displayed in cell B1, B2, B3.
