When I turn on the 'Merge Labels' option in the Pivot Table Options dialog,
it seems to force all the row item labels to be aligned centre.

For example, I can select the second column of labels and align them left,
but as soon as I refresh the table they all pop to centered again.

Is there any way I can have the 'merge labels' option turned on, but still
control the row label alignment?
