One way ..

Put in H1, and array-enter the formula
(i.e. press CTRL+SHIFT+ENTER):

=INDEX($A$1:$F$1,MATCH(SMALL(RANK($A$1:$F$1,$A$1:$ F$1,1),COLUMN(A1)),RANK($A
$1:$F$1,$A$1:$F$1,1),0))

Copy H1 across to M1
