I'm struggling to find any reason you'd want it to be negative, but...

Since you know 2 negatives make a positive you just have to add in another
negative sign to change it back to negative, i.e. =-(-2/-4)

What about -2/4 (aka negative 2 divided by POSITIVE 4), what then? Is that
going to be positive?!!?

I need to know how do I divide two negative numbers to come out with a
negative percentage?

In other words.....-2 / -4 = -50%
