Just wanted to clarify that I don't need the email to be actually sent. All I
need is to summon whatever email client is defined as default and have a
"new" email prepared on that application with a Subject title and a
destination on its "To" field.

The actual action of sending the email, needs to be done manually by adding
some text to the body of the message and hiting the send button.
