Jennie, are you talking about saving the workbook when it is closed? if so
put this in the thisworkbook code, if the user enables macros the file will
save all changes before it closes

Private Sub Workbook_BeforeClose(Cancel As Boolean)
ThisWorkbook.Save
End Sub
