Can someone help educate me on the following formula:

=IF(INDIRECT(""&ROW()-2&"!$K$2")=0,"",INDIRECT(""&ROW()-2&"!$K$2"))

It is part of a purchase order log we use and the writer of the formula is
no longer with us.
