Thank you Joel and Harald. After all my panic i found out when i got back
to
work that they did have the Calendar Control on the system, apparently it
was
a very recent update. I ended up using Ron De Bruin's code and at this
stage
it seems to be okay but as yet not complete. Still needs a bit of
tweeking.
Thank you so much for your help and i am sorry i wasted your time but at
the
same time i learned heaps about different ways of doing this when the
control
is not available.
