Default parse from txt file

What would your criteria be based on in order to decide what rows to take
from the text file? I would say yes it is possible. Give some more info on
the data itself as well. Is the text file comma delimited? Will you need
the code to set field widths for you. If it is comma delimitted will you
need to parse part of a cell, entire rows, just cells, certain columns? It
can all be done you just need to be more specific with the question if you
want help on how to do it.
