Assuming you want all spaces except between textbox values removed then try
this one liner......

TextBox5.Value = Trim(Trim(TextBox1.Value) & " " & _
Trim(Trim(TextBox2.Value) & " " & _
Trim(Trim(TextBox3.Value) & " " & _
Trim(TextBox4.Value))))
