but it is taking H2 value: .72 and returning 1.26 (*1.75) instead of
1.44 (*1.44).

The goal:
IF H2 is less than or equal to 5, multiply by (*2).
IF H2 is greater than 5 or less than 35, multiply by 1.85
IF H2 is greater than or equal to 35, multiply by 1.75
