Default HELP radio button not functioning in Excel 2007
Nothing happens when I click the ? (help) button in Excel 2007: doesn't work
in either a new 2007 file, or a 2003 file opening in compatibility mode.
Am I somehow missing some help files from Excel? What do I do?
