Student,
I'm not sure, but it seems that if you don't see the wrapped text in print
preview, then going on to the text file output needs to be skipped until the
print output is correct in preview. So this doesn't seem to be about
Print-to-File, actually, if I'm on the right track.
What do you not see in print preview? Is the row height too small to show
the wrapped lines? If row height autofit isn't on, then rows won't increase
their height automatically when needed, such as for wrapped lines. If so,
you need to manually adjust the row height to a greater amount (which turns
off autofit, if it's on), or turn autofit back on with Format - Row -
Autofit.
If that isn't it, describe what you see or don't see as it relates to the
missing wrapped lines.

I have installed a Generic/Text Only printer and set it to print to file.
I
can print to it and capture the output in a file and have no problems with
one exception:
If my print area includes cells with wraped text, the capture file loses
the
last several words of the text. This shows up both in print preview and
the
output files.
What is going wrong??
