mow if you ener in A1
54625
B1 will be corresponding vlaue
now insert(menubar)-hyperling
in the <insert-hyperlink window choose
Place in this document
choose the correct sheet
and enter B1
<type cell reference

click ok

B1 will become hyperlink(blue color)
as you change A1 the hyperlink changes

work..
