One way without using copy:

Sheets(2).Range("B5") = Sheets(1).Range("D10").Value

Using copy:

Sheets(1).Range("D10").Copy
Sheets(2).Range("B5").PasteSpecial Paste:=xlPasteValues

but the debugger didn't like me.
