The following line for some reason works fine in Excel 2003 but generates a
run-time error '1004' in Excel 97:

View.FormulaArray = "=transpose(" & ratesRng & "1)"

(View is a range, and ratesRng is a string containing the name of a range.)

I am aware of the problem with using a FormulaArray string longer than 255
characters, but this is well short of that with the name of the range
substituted in. Is there any other reason people know of that could cause
this to fall over? More importantly, can anyone suggest a workaround for this
issue, as I am fairly sure a number of users will be opening this in Excel
97...
