The width and horizontal alignments are working, but
the .NumberFormat is not.

Same problem with date columns:

Const mFormat_Date="mm/dd/yyyy"
..NumberFormat = mFormat_Date
--------------------------------------------

Some limitation on what I can do at the column level?
