Default Creating an Auto Sort Indicator

I have a spreadsheet that tracks applications as they go through the process.
I want it to sort them by a specific sort indicator and I want the list to
adjust itself when I update that particular indicator as an application moves
through the process from start to finish, is there a way to set the
spreadsheet that it will automatically sort the data each time I change the
sort indicator?
