I have a work book with many sheets which represent separate projects.
The
first sheet of the work book is a summary by project for each of the
projects. In the accounting work book I have a project ledger sheet and
would
like to make the one sheet in the accounting book equal to the entire
sheet
in the projects work book. That way if I make a change to a project
sheet it
will go all the way up to the first sheet in the projects workbook and
then
to the accounting work book sheet "projects ledger" and from that
ledger it
will flow into all the rest of the accounting sheets in the "accounting
work
book" How do I make the entire sheet equal to another sheet.

Hi Ryan

Open both workbooks, in the accounting workbook go to the first cell on
the project ledgers sheet, that you want to copy data to from the other
sheet, in that cell type = then go to the other workbook and click on
the first cell you want to copy from, now press the enter key. You will
be returned to the accounting workbook and will have something like this
in the formula bar for the cell you first selected
='[filename.xls]SheetName'!$A$1, now remove the $ signs from either
side of the A and you can now drag the formula across and down as far
as required

When any chnages are made to the Project workbook, the Accounting
workbook will automatically reflect those changes
