I have a spreadsheet of wins, losses, points for, points against, Overtime
wins, and number of Shutouts. I have all my data, but I have to manually
type in the new number for a given cell.

Is there a way to make a form or something to ask:
1. Who played?
2. Score?
3. Overtime win?
4. Shutout?

and then automatically update the spreadsheet?
