I wouldn't do this.
You could attach the toolbar to the workbook itself. See Jan Karel Pieterse's
site:
http://www.jkp-ads.com/Articles/DistributeMacro00.htm
Step 3 or 4.
Or look at how John Walkenbach does it in his menumaker workbook:
http://j-walk.com/ss/excel/tips/tip53.htm
Here's how I do it when I want a toolbar:

(from Debra Dalgleish's site)

I've set-up a customized menu and other options for a worksheet that
functions as a form. I was able to save out the XLB file with the
customizations.
How do I start the worksheet with the XLB file from a shortcut?
I've tried a string like, P:\TESApps\CI\Estim1.xlb
P:\TESApps\CI\estimatesCI1a.xls as the target in the shortcut but was only
able to start Excel with the XLB file with no worksheet loaded. Is there a way
to do this?
THanks for your help
