Default Code for a Macro that allows a Pivot table to be repeatedly run (for a dynamic rows in a table, but static field names)
If you use a dynamic range for the pivot table source data, or a List in
Excel 2003, or a Table in Excel 2007, all you need to do is refresh the
pivot table by clicking on the "!" button. No code needed.
