Sheet2 will auto-extract the lines from Sheet1's cols A to F
where both values 1 & 2 occur simultaneously on the same line
anywhere within Sheet1's cols B to F
(that's what I figured you wanted ..)

You could then use Sheet2 for further analysis of the dates lapse in col A,
etc
