From my last post - I was assuming a (verticle)scroll bar
would let you drag and move through some text you're reading.

Is this what they're meant to do? It seems obvious but I can't get
the 'bit' you drag to show up. Only an up and Down Button.

There's also a scrollbar you can apply in properties and another
that's a control. Which are you meant to use?

Neither work for me, nor can I find any instructions on what to do in
Excel or via Google. That's after about 6 hours of looking!

Can someone help, or advise where the information can be found?
