The link that Mike H. gave you does give pretty detailed instructions. Of
course, it assumes that you know something about Excel. Ron deBruin is
basically telling you to set up your .xlm file in the XLSTART folder, which
you can find by using Windows Explorer. Most systems are set up with a path
of C:\Documents and Settings\Owner\Applications\Microsoft\Excel\XLStar t as a
path. You can confirm your path by clicking start and using the search
facility to search for the XLSTART folder. Follow Ron's directions. If you
make a mistake, the computer will let you know. Just back up and try again.

Unfortunately, I'm a new user and don't know how to do this stuff. I'm in
Florida. Can anyone walk me through it?
