is there some function or macro to do a summary of values, which were made
in a peoriod of dates? For example from this tab...

Value Date
5 1/1/2007
5 2/1/2007
5 3/1/2007
6 4/1/2007
6 5/1/2007
..
..
..
6 20/1/2007
9 21/1/2007
9 22/1/2007 etc...

this summary:

Value From TIll
5 1/1/2007 3/1/2007
