Hi Peter

Put Pounds in columnA, Ounces in ColumnB

Use the following formulas to add up the columns

Pounds =SUM(A2:A15)+INT(SUM(B2:B15)/16) Change the range to suit

Ounces =MOD(SUM(B2:B15),16) Change the range to suit

This will return the correct weight in pounds and ounces
