Default Copy-special pasting a table via an excel button into a word doc

I have an excel spreadsheet with a table I want to copy Special paste
(unformatted text) into an existing word document. I want to add a button in
excel so once you've finished doing the data handling you simply tap the
button and it puts the table into word.

How can I do this?
