Drag the "Data" field in the pivot table over the "Total" cell in the top
right and release. That should pivot it the way you want.

I know how to show a pivot table with the total Sum and the Total Count.

displays the count and sum like this:

I need it to display the count and sum in columns so it's all on the same
row like this:

Todd 3 600
Chris 4 825

I've tried every combination of placing fields in the page, column, rows
and
Data part of the table. Any suggestions???
