I did a little research, and found out that there is a way to Import Outlook
contacts into Excel:

I am wondering if anyone knows of a way to control this through Excel. I
would like to do this so that:
A) either Outlook doesnt need to be opened
B) it can be automated to run without the user actually doing it (although
the user would be aware that it is done)
I am thinking it is possible through Data Import External Data Import
Data or Data Import External Data New Database Query. Does anyone know
if this is possible?
