Default Immediately Entering Break Mode

I would next try closing Excel. Next, rebooting the computer. Sorry
not to be more help.

I recently added a userform to a workbook I'm working on. When
creating the code for the form, I accidently placed a loop in the
wrong place, causing an infinte loop where ESC wouldn't cancel the
process. I used CTRL+Break to end my process, but since then (could
just be my superstition) I've been having a weird problem.

If I launch a module from an external source, like the Macro Window,
then my code enters break mode after the following code:

Load UserForm1
UserForm1.Show

My form opens, but the code inside isn't run until I hit "continue"
inside the VB Editor. If I run my module from within the VB Editor I
don't get this problem.

I've tried copying my data into a blank workbook, creating a blank
userform, and typing in the same code into a blank module. The same
thing happens.

Is there any way I can stop entering break mode?
