Default Reading Access Form Field and Copy to Excel Field

OK have a minor problem.
I need to copy certin text fields in a Access form and place them into a
Excell workbook after the customer name is picked on the form, so something
that will runn after update would be needed, something simple that i can
place in each needed text field.
