Hi Helge
Sorry to hear about your illness. If you type password cracker Excel into
Google there appear to be various downloadable utilities out there (not that
I'd dream of using them myself...).

About 3 months ago I created a macro in a Excel 2000 spreadsheet
intended to be used by several of my colleagues - of which some could
potentially make a big mess if they had access / or dumped into the to
the macro by accident, so I password protected it just to be on the safe
side. Just q week or so after I had finished the first version of the
spreadsheet model I ended up in hopital with a cerebral infarction from
which I am now slowly recovering, I suffer from random spots of memory
loss, some passwords seem to be gone, but not all.
I appologise for this long intro, but I felt it was right give you the
background, hoping to be trusted that I am not just another scoundrel
looking for an easy way to gain access to the intellectual achievement
of someone else. So; Is there a straightforward way to bypass or even
better, reveal the password. And please don't send any of those stupid
links to stupid wesites picturing a horses ass or similar, as this is a
honest cry for help.
