Default Timer to lock spreadsheet?

I mean "Shared" in the Excel workbook sense that more than one user can have
the file open for editting at the same time.

Hey Nick,

Yes it is a shared WB, but they are aware that they can't all be in at the
same time, some of them go in prior to Thursday, be it the weekend or
Monday
to update and modify for the week.

Is this a shared WB, open by many at a time, potenially at the time

to cease ?
