Depends what you/your user have/need.

Barry,
If XL2002 or higher, it has native support; you can just open it in XL.

Hi,
I want to import an xml document into my excel datasheet. What
References do I need to included and what classes can I then use to do
this? XmlTextReader?
Thanks for your help,

Cool, but I need to format things in a specific way. Any idea what
Reference I need?
Thanks,

Well, I guess I would prefer if they could use my excel file without
having to install anything on their machine. They will then onpen
their xml doc via a dialog and
VB will format the xml data onto the
datasheet as required.
They do have .net 2.0 installed though...
Thanks,
Barry.
Barry.
