Default countif with and

=sumproduct(--(A1:A100="Hello"),--(B1:B100="World"))

"Hello" and "World" could be replace by cell references that hold the term
you are counting.

=sumproduct(--($A$1:$A$100=M1),--($B$1:$B$100=N1))

N1: World
M1: Hello
