Create a new workbook. Set up everything you want (including margins for each
worksheet).

Save it as a template named book.xlt in your XLStart folder.

Do the same thing with a single worksheet workbook, but save it as sheet.xlt
(also in XLStart).

Excel will use those template files when you create a new workbook or add a new
sheet to an existing workbook.

It would be great to have a default button on the page setup in Excel so you
don't have to keep reseting margins and other options. I put my L&R margins
to 0 and horizontal centering, among other things, and it is such a pain to
have to do this every time I print or set up a new document to print.
